People do not always wait for New Year's Eve to decide what they are going to do different in 2012. I will grant you that there are always exceptions to the rule, but I believe there are many folks out there that are thinking about making a move in the New Year, and there are many Lake Geneva homes for rent.

The change can be as simple as planning a summer vacation rental (Keefe Resort Rentals) to as drastic as a major change of address. The second point is my point - a major move can be exciting as well as a little scary if you do not know the Lake Geneva home market. Finding a quality home to rent in Lake Geneva while you get to know the neighborhood is just short of brilliant for many would be buyers.

What if I am just not comfortable taking pot luck on Craig's list? There are many Lake Geneva rental homes to pick from, but I have no idea what one address has an advantage over another. There are professional realtors, like myself, that specialize in long term rentals. I have applied my full service real estate skills to help guide renters to the different ares (Williams Bay, Fontana, Geneva National, Lake Geneva, and Elkhorn) that meet their needs, provide a doable commute to a job, schools, shopping, dining and activities. If I do not have the ideal property already in inventory, I will find it.

Is there a fee involved? As a prospective renter you will have a $60 application fee that is payable to Keefe Real Estate for a background and credit inquiry. Your application is good for a six month period. The realtor earns a commission paid by the owner.
