Keefe Long Term Rental Program - for Homeowners

Homeowners in the Keefe Long Term Program enjoy many benefits which keep the experience of renting worlds away from homeowners who attempt it on their own. Working with a Keefe Agent means having a partner who knows the rental market and has access to years worth of data to answer your questions. It means all the tenants who view you property will be pre-qualified and screened. It also means that your property will sit vacant for less time as we will be always on the lookout for your next tenant. We'll provide you with everything you need to have your home rented out quickly and to quality tenants - right down to the paperwork.

How much does it cost and what are the reoccurring fees? This is almost always the first question. We are happy to say there are no reoccurring fees. Keefe collects the greater of one month of rent or 10% of the lease. 100% of the monthly rent is yours and the rent checks are always made out directly to you. You owe nothing until an Agent finds you a new Tenant.

Is my home ready for rent - and how much can I get for it? This is almost always the second question. An agent is arguably better equipped than anyone to answer these questions for you. We will come out and look at your property, advise you on the rent amount likely for it. If any little details need to be addressed before the home is ready for a Tenant - we'll let you know.

Many of the homeowners in our Long Term Program understand that renting long-term is an excellent alternative to selling their home in a buyers market. Many are first time landlords, and we're ready to help. It is important to understand however that our Long Term Program is not a property Management Service. The terms of the leases we create are four (4) months or longer.
